D'Arcy : Whelped 3rd June 2006.
When this pup was born he was so heavily marked with black on the show side and a darker colour than is desirable. By twelve weeks of age I had moved him back to the Main Register and decided to keep him myself.
This pup has a great eye check. Wonderful temperament and showmanship. Movement to die for. A lovely body with good angulation and a nice spring of rib which can be lacking in some of the USA lines. D'Arcy at this point in time is looking to have a well placed and correct stop and correct headplanes. His beautiful expression is accentuated by two lovely almond shaped, obliquely set, dark brown eyes. D'Arcy will not appeal to many, simply due to his colour. I feel his quality as a collie makes him well worth running on. On the 22nd October D'arcy made his debut in the show ring and justified my assessment of him by winning Baby In Group under an International Collie All Breeds judge & Collie specialist.
