EXECUTIVE SUITES - only for small dogs that usually live in the home. The owner will be required to sign a form to say that your pet normally lives in the home and can be trusted not to destroy the furniture. We reserve the right to move your pet to a regular suite if they deliberately destroy the furnishings, you will be responsible for replacement costs for damages. The cost of an Executive Suite is $28 per guest per calendar day.

Boarding fees are calculated on a calendar day basis irrespective of time of admission or departure and does not include any optional extras.
Minimum charge is two days.

OUT of HOURS delivery or pick up will incur a $20 fee. LochWind is open 8.30 - 9.30am and 4.30 - 5.30pm seven days a week !

PLEASE NOTE that Friday, Saturday and Sunday are charged at peak rates.

Peak holiday periods require a NON refundable deposit with booking and balance payable in full on arrival.

Medication can be administered to pets with prescription medicines @ $2/administration.

We do not have EFTPOS facilities.
Bank Cheque & Postal Orders accepted with prior arrangement.
Cash required if no prior arrangements have been made.

TOY BREEDS (under 10Kgs) = Mini Poodle, Pug, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Chihuahua, Skipperke, Pekingese etc
MEDIUM (10 - 20Kgs) = Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Mini Schnauser, Shetland Sheepdog, Lakeland Terrier, Beagle, Whippet etc
LARGE (20 - 30 Kgs) = GSD, Labrador, Retriever, Staffordshire Terriers etc
GIANT BREEDS (30Kgs +) = Great Danes, St Bernards, Maremma, Newfoundland, Mastiffs, Akita, Dogue De Bordeaux etc
