PLEASE NOTE - Staffordshires, Bull Terriers, Heelers and Kelpies are charged at a rate of $30 per day off peak and $35/day Peak periods.

ENTIRE MALES, Bitches in season, geriatric care add $4/day surcharge to the standard rate.

PEAK PERIOD CHART

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, All School Holidays and/or Public Holidays are classed as peak periods.

Peak holiday periods require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits for non peak periods WILL BE REFUNDED if the cancellation is received 14 calendar days prior to the due arrival date.

Please ensure that you book the correct dates as you will be charged for all dates booked, unless altered 14 days prior to entering the kennel. Your booking will prevent another client taking your place.

Boarding fees are calculated on a calendar day basis irrespective of time of admission or departure and does not include any optional extras.
Minimum charge is two days.

OUT of HOURS delivery or pick up will incur a $40 fee.

LochWind is open 8.30 - 9.30am and 4.30 - 5.30pm seven days a week !

Medication can be administered to pets with prescription medicines @ $2/administration.

We do not have EFTPOS facilities.
Internet Banking, Bank Cheque & Postal Orders accepted with prior arrangement.
Cash required if no prior arrangements have been made.

TOY BREEDS = Mini Poodle, Pug, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Chihuahua, Skipperke, Pekingese etc
MEDIUM = Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Mini Schnauser, Shetland Sheepdog, Lakeland Terrier, Beagle, Whippet etc
LARGE = Labrador, Retriever, Siberian Husky etc
GIANT BREEDS = Great Danes, St Bernards, Maremma, Newfoundland, Mastiffs, Akita, Dogue De Bordeaux etc
