LochWind is very proud of the record to date Three puppies from Quinn's first litter have just hit the show ring in Australia.......
Ch Vedamea Art Ov Gold, aka - Peaches. Following that up at her next outing the WAKC Championship Show, with Best Baby in Group. Beating ten collie pups to go through to Group level....
In May Peaches left the Baby Classes behind with three Baby in Groups from her five outings. At the begining of July, at the tender age of seven months Peaches garnered her first 25 point Challenge and Minor in Show at The Collie & Shetland Sheepdog Specialty Show under Mrs Norma Griffin of NSW. 12/13th July The Winter Festival Peaches was Reserve Challenge Bitch & RUBOB as well as Minor In Group. A great effort for one so young against the cream of WA collies. In September Peaches travelled to Melbourne for the Royal Show and was awarded Best Collie Puppy. Unfortunately we returned home to WA prior to the judging of Best In Show Awards so she was deprived of her chance at Best Puppy In Show. On October the third at our Perth Royal show Peaches won Best Junior in The Working Dog Group. Vedamea Change Ov Art, aka - Rush'n, In NSW at her very first show took out Best Baby in Group handled by Barry Ryan..... On the 17/18th May at the Collie National Specialty under a UK judge Vedamea Change Ov Art and her tri coloured brother Vedamea State Ov The Art won the Puppy Classes for both sexes with State Ov The Art taking Best Puppy of Variety.
Since then Jacqueson has taken a reserve Challenge to Ch Vedamea The Diamond Beau and then been awarded RUBOB over the newly crowned Grand Champion Grd Ch Lamerton Midnight Shadow.
