This beautiful puppy, possibly, holds our future in his genes.
Although he has a long, long way to go, he is at this point in time, the only male we have bred at LochWind to make it past our initial selection process as a possible future sire at LochWind.
Whisky: Whelped 7th February 2004
In our selection of Lochwynde Legendary (Imp USA) as a potential sire for LochWind we looked at his extended pedigree and realised the potential of this dog to stamp his get....
I don't think we were wrong, but time will be the judge of that fact.
Whisky has been out of the show ring for over a year now maturing.
Living the life of luxury in Kalamunda a suberb of Perth, Western Australia with his owner Ms Isla Potter.
With Isla's help Whisky has made his come back a success at the CAWA Championship Show on 28th January 2006 with an entry of 32 collies and 17 of those dogs, Whisky won Best State Bred Dog and Reserve Challenge under Mrs L Stevens ACT. Then on the 25th February under German Shepherd Specialist, Mrs Honey Gross Richardson he was once again Reserve Challenge Dog to our Can/Aust Ch Tamaron's Arranbrae Tradition.
